MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW TO BRUSH THEIR TEETH
Too much fluoride is bad for you. It can calcify the pineal gland affecting sleep and causing premature brain aging.
You must not brush your teeth within and hour of eating or drinking because the acid in your mouth when you eat or drink stays there and you will scrub away the enamel causing damage and tooth ache; The body alkalises itself when you sleep making your teeth strongest just as you wake up so clean your teeth before breakfast.
Either use bicarbonate of soda or a toothpaste that contains it because the high alkaline will neutralise the acid and protect your teeth when you clean them. Bicarbonate of soda is also a powerful cleaning agent.
Do not clean you teeth in hydrogen peroxide because this is a strong acid and it will strip the enamel straight off your teeth!
Only brush you teeth for a couple of minutes, don’t press too hard and don’t put strong cleaning agents apart from bicarbonate of soda in your mouth to avoid tooth ache. Don’t forget to brush your tongue at the same time as your teeth or you will have a green tongue and bad breath.
You may think that eating what seems to be acidic fruit, such as an orange would be bad for your teeth. It’s not. The flesh of most raw fruits alkalises your blood preventing bone and tooth damage. However some fruit such as blueberries and plums acidify your blood.
Not a lot of people seem to know this and that’s why we have very busy dentists and not enough of them.
